*PLEASE NOTE AS OF 2/19/26- our online bill pay system is currently DOWN due to an issue on our online payment processor's end. If you'd like to make a payment at this time, please call or text our office at 773-779-1983, and you can either 1) request a link texted to you to make a payment via your phone or 2) provide payment information over the phone and we can process it in-office. We greatly apologize about this inconvenience and will update this site as soon as we are notified the online bill pay page is back up and running!
